He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Russell and Lucille Miller (Geary); and his wife Patricia Ann Miller. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Lynn Smith (Jeff), Stephanie Ann Nigh (James) and Donald Phillip Miller II (Debbie); his grandchildren, Andrea Lynn Wade, Jessica Miller, Robert Scott Smith and Rebecca Marie Nigh; his great grandchild Evelyn Wade; and his sister Betty Jane Llewellyn.
