Fazenbaker, Jr., Shawn Fazenbaker, Grantsville, MD, Shane Fazenbaker, Oakland, MD, Jonathan Fazenbaker, Lonaconing, MD, Becky Shreve and Amy Wilburn; and his sisters, Edith Guthrie of Baltimore, MD, Margaret Shell of Baltimore, MD, Betty Hensley of Baltimore, MD, Shirley Ennis of Detroit, MI and Hazel Michel of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
