He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Lorraine (McKenzie) and Glenn E. Arnold; and his brother David Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Terri Kathleen Arnold (Rush); his children, Dustin Arnold (Kelli) and Samantha Arnold; his grandchild Khloe; and his siblings, Douglas (Deborah), Dean (Stacy), Dwain and Tracey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
