We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2022, at the age of 88, Dolores Anne Bowers (Frostburg, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin W. Howsare and Dorothy Skidmore Howsare; and her husband William M. Bowers. She is survived by: her daughter Gloria J. Eisel (Stanley "Butch" Eisel); her granddaughter Sarah J. Haddaway (Noah); her sister Gail Leake (Bernard); her nieces, Wendy Leake Stewart and Lou Ann Shaffer (Bill); her nephew Greg Leake; and her great-niece Sidnee Stewart.
