He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Ann Hollern; his daughter Hope Marie Kasecamp (Erick Samuel Kasecamp); his grandson Trystan James Preston; his siblings, Barbara Ann Rembold (Lee) of Keyser, Brenda Jean Dugan (Robert) and Raymond Leonard Brashear of Klondike; his siblings-in-law, Patrick Thomas Hollern, John Micheal Hollern III of Midland and Marlene Elaine Allen (Hollern) of Baltimore; his niece Donna O'Donell (Larry); his nephews, Thomas and William Allen of Baltimore; and also James Meshach Preston.
