He was predeceased by: his parent Floyd Lester Lee; his wife Pearl Leona Wampler (Wiland) of November; and his brother Floyd Bernard Wampler (Bettie). He is survived by: his parent Rosella Otto Wampler (Broadwater); his sibling George Francis Wampler (Betty); his daughters, Wilma Jean Lough (James), Donna Darlene Snyder (Randy) and Frostburg; his grandchildren, Heather Lynne Arnold (Jordan) and Tyler Dale Snyder; and his stepgrandchildren, Robin Yost (Lough), Steve Pryor, Tyler Jordan Pryor (Carly), Zane Arnold and Abby Arnold. He is also survived by two step-granddaughters; six step-great grandchildren and five step-great great grandchildren.
