He was predeceased by: his mother Bonita Carbaugh (O'Neil). He is survived by: his father Charles Carbaugh; his wife Kimberly Carbaugh; his children, Megan Carbaugh of Frostburg, Kaitlin Carbaugh of Cumberland, Brandon Carbaugh and Emily Carbaugh of Frostburg; and his grandchildren, Atticus Casey, Graysen Carbaugh, Kinsley Carbaugh, Raelynne Carbaugh and Avayah Carbaugh.

Social distancing and facial coverings are recommended.
