She was predeceased by: her parent Melvin Garlitz; and her husband Merle L. Keefer. She is survived by: her parent Kathleen Garlitz (Minnick); her children, Jeffrey Keefer (Susie) of Hagerstown and Kimberly A. Broadwater (Richard); her grandchildren, Cole Catlett, Jacob Catlett, Donald Garlitz (Georgia), Finzel Garlitz and Jerry Garlitz; and also Grantsville.
