He is survived by: his granddaughter Tammy Wheatley (Guy, Baltimore); his siblings, Lloyd Seggie (Jean, South Carolina) and Donna Cutter of Frostburg; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla, Nathan Wheatley, Arthur Rae, Jr. and Amy Phillips; and his niece Diana Cutter.
