He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward "Chill" Moffatt and Elsie Hobel Moffatt; his daughter Julie Marie Moffatt; and his sister Linda Moffatt Kight. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Braskey Moffatt; his children, Charles D. Moffatt of North Huntingdon, PA, Joe Moffatt of Frostburg, MD and Carey Moffatt of Cumberland, MD; his grandchildren, Brandon, Gina and Erica Moffatt; his sisters, Donna, Judy (Bill) and Sandy (Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Jim Braskey of Frostburg, MD and John Braskey (Pam) of Grantsville, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
