It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Werner of Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on June 12, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Ann Werner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Meyers and Dorothy Meyers (Felton); and her brother Glenn Meyers. She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her son Todd Werner; her siblings, Sandra Henry and Butch Meyers (Hope); and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Werner and Larry Werner (Mary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
