He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Whitaker (Arnold) and Carl Whitaker; and his siblings, Janet Whitaker and George Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Josephine Whitaker; his children, Randy Whitaker (Debbie) and Carla Fowler; his grandchildren, Tyler Whitaker, Garrett Whitaker, Cody Fowler and Hailey Fowler; his great grandchildren, Sophia Whitaker and Brooks Whitaker; his brother Harry Whitaker (Rosemary); and his caregivers, Corrine, Kerrie and Dr. Riley.
