She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William R. Pape and Mae Pape (Brode); her husband John H. Davis, Sr; her son Richard "Doc" Davis; her siblings, Richard Pape, Carl Pape, Mildred Brinkman, Delores Smith and JoAnn Pape; and her children, John Davis (Linda), Susan Sahm (Jack) and Connie Via. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, step grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters.
