As Barbara departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Barbara. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Maust and Olive Maust (Ash). She is survived by: her son Jamie (Nichole); and her siblings, Patricia Maust, Gloria Maust, Marsha Webreck, Gerald (Ellen), Ryan (Brenda), Brian (Barb) and Chris (Lisa). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 5:15 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532).
For that reason, in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in Barb's name be made to the donor's favorite animal shelter and or the Highland Thrift Shop in Grantsville.
