We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2023, at the age of 74, Barbara Fickes of Frostburg, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Thomas and Nellie Thomas (Beeman); her son Jack Matthews; and her brother Timothy Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Cherryl Matthews of Lonaconing; her granddaughters, Takeya Andrick (Michael) of Cumberland and Tiffany Nicol of Frostburg; and her great grandchildren, Carlton Troutman, Aron Custer, Brent Saweikis, Jerry Andrick, Joshua Nicol, Jenson Nicol and Corbin Nicol. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
