Beal of Gaithersburg and Kathy Beal of Silver Spring; his stepdaughter Erica Gillespie of Cummings, GA; his grandchildren, Edward Arthur Beal and Rebecca Phelps; his siblings, Gary Beal (Joanne) of Frostburg and Carol Bollinger (Robert) of Eckhart; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Row of Danville, IN and Barbara Morrill (Robert) of Cape Cod, MA..
