It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Plummer of Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Plummer and Eliza Anna Plummer (Cosgrove); and his brother Warren Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Wilda Margaret Plummer (Cunningham); his children, Paula Rita Morgan (Gene) of Frostburg and Marty Plummer (Mary Jane) of Frostburg; his grandchildren, Matthew Morgan (Kristen Halpern Morgan) of Aurora, Christopher Morgan of Frostburg, Joshua Plummer (Natalie) of Elkridge, MD and Lindsey Plummer of Falls Church, VA.; and his great grandchild Hailey Plummer of Elkridge.
