With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Laporta (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on June 9, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo J. LaPorta (Neddie) and Mildred LaPorta (Stewart) of Eckhart; his wife Carole Jean LaPorta (Jeanne); his children, Michael "Mick" LaPorta (Theresa) and Julie O'Connor (John) of Frostburg; his siblings-in-law, John Lowery and Joie Rase; his nieces, Kristi Rase and Karen Boone; and his cousins, Mary Francis "Poochie" Kelly, Frank DeLuca and Jim Caldwell.
