He is survived by: his wife Janet Helen Campbell (Sisler); his daughters, Sheila Rae Hourtal (Jacques) of Oakland, MD and Shawna Lynn Upole (Joseph); his sister Barbara Sue Prescott of Cleveland, OH; his granddaughters, Megan Ashley Knotts of Morgantown, WV and Kylie Elizabeth Upole of Frostburg, MD; and his great grandchildren, Adaline Isabella Knotts, Briella Lane Kent and Thalia Martin.
