He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russel "Bear", Ellie Mae McDaniel and Cecil Teets; and his uncles, Daniel McDaniel and Ronald "Monk" Loughry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Surra Elaine and Kari Clarice; his wife Jessica; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey and Melanie Teets; his nephew Jacob; his niece Catherine; and his grandparents, Bob, Susie Coole, Ricky, Wendi Benson and Judy Teets. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
