He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Franklin and Lola Lauretta VanSickle; and his wife Grace M. VanSickle. He is survived by: his daughter Donna DeWitt (Ronnie); his grandson Derek DeWitt (Beth Olinzock); his great grandchildren, Katielee Olinzock of Friendsville, Angela Olinzock of Friendsville, Breanna Olinzock of Friendsville and Logan Olinzock of Friendsville; and his siblings, James VanSickle of Friendsville, Lott Garletts (Jane) of Friendsville, Janet Fike (George), Alice Catherine Hartzell of Boonesboro, MD, Mary Jane Yoder of Cumberland, MD and Judy Frazee (Ronnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
