She was predeceased by: her parents, Quinter VanSickle and Mary VanSickle (Welch); and her husband Samuel Eugene Thomas. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Thomas (Linda) and Rodney "Butch" Thomas (Lois) of Perry, OH; her grandchildren, Kevin Thomas, Brian Thomas, Stephanie Bell and Aaron Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Cierra, Hailey, Trevor, Jacob and Nicholas.
