He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Kenneth and Edna Roberta "Dolly" Livengood (Swauger). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Joyce Livengood (Keslar); his children, Joshua David Livengood and Jamie Marie Livengood (Javier Molina) of Silver Spring, MD; his brothers, Norman Vaughn Livengood (Judy) and Phillip John Livengood (Patty) of Palm Harbor, FL; and his grandson Isaac Rafael Molina.
