He is survived by: his wife Jane Morrow Foltz of Friendship, MD; his daughter Barbara Jill Foltz of Friendship, MD; his granddaughter Karsyn Jane Foltz; his sister Linda Seaman of Lynchburg, VA; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Seaman (Julie) of Richmond, VA, James Morrow of Gaithersburg, MD, Charles Morrow, Andrew Morrow of Minneapolis, MN, Carolyn Seaman of Richmond, VA and Kelly McGrath (Alex) of Pasadena, MD; and his brothers-in-law, James Morrow of Annapolis, MD and Steve Morrow (Dawn) of York, PA. He is also survived by 2 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
