He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clemens of Friendship; his children, Ernest Clemens of Tracy, Deborah Clemens of Brandywine and Jerome Clemens (Kristina) of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, James Hardesty II, Michelle Hardesty, Jerome Clemens, Jr. and Travis Clemens; his great grandchild Samuel Clemens; and also Mitchellville.
