He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton Crosby and Myrtle Elizabeth Stallings (Bowen); his wife Sarah Wood; and his siblings, Hamilton "Hoppy", Oscar, William "Billy" Stallings and Delores Clark.
He is survived by: his father-in-law Boozie Wood; his children, Leisha E. Cranford (Ronni), Paula S. Curtin and James H. "Jamie" Stallings of Friendship; his grandchildren, Stacey Chafin (Shane), Sonny, Swann (Amanda), Max Curtin and Renee Cranford; his great grandchildren, Teagan Stowers, Adalynne and Hudson Swann; and his brothers, Raymond (Carol) and Carl Stallings.
