He was predeceased by: his sister Sue LeBlanc; and his parents, Bill Wadsworth and Lucy Wadsworth. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jennings Wadsworth; his children, Carolyn W. Fahey (Thomas) and Sean Wadsworth (Julie); and his grandchildren, Kierston Mann (Corey), Madison Frongello, Thomas Fahey, Noah Wadsworth and Katheryn Fahey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
