He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Luzier and Avis Luzier (Gainer) of Virginia; his granddaughter Sarah Morgan Luzier; his children-in-law, Cynthia Luzier and Terry Kerns; his brother-in-law Donald A. Burge; and his cousins, Chedester III of Knoxville, TN and Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Luzier of Morgantown, WV and Lisa Kerns of Waynesboro, PA; and his grandchildren, Rob Luzier of Weirton, WV, Steve Luzier of Morgantown, WV, Avis Kerns of Frederick, MD and Ashton Kerns of Waynesboro, PA..
