He was predeceased by: his brother Francis Clements. He is survived by: his children, Diana Secrist (Daniel) of Roanoke, Virginia, David L. Clements of Frederick, Maryland, Andrea Clements (Robert) of Roanoke, Andrew Secrist (Amy) of Baltimore, Matthew Clements of Roanoke, Virginia Clements and Nathan Clements of Christiansburg, Virginia; his great grandchildren, Alden Clements and Everett Clements; and his brother Gary Clements (Pat) of Coal Valley.
