He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Monroe and Ethel Elizabeth Klipp (O'Neal); and his brother Glenn Klipp. He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his children, Oscar (Tina), Missy (Brad), Frank (Mary), Heather and Charlie; his pet Tiny; and his siblings, Patricia May (Dick), Connie Haines (Ernie), Linda Maddox (Darrell) and Jerry Klipp. He is also survived by many grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
