He is survived by: his son Charles Baker (Cierra); his grandchildren, Brooke of Emmitsburg, MD and Shane Baker of Emmitsburg, MD; his brother Rodney Baker (Tammy) of Sterling, VA; his half-brother Johnny Wills Jr. (Phyllis) of Frederick, MD; his sisters, Millie Plunkard (Joe) of Hedgesville, WV and Deborah Cline of Jefferson, MD; and his friend Kitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
