She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H Cook and Nellie Cook; her brother Gerald Arthur Cook; and her sister-in-law Donna. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Taylor; her sons, John (Shannon) of Powell and Michael; her grandchildren, Jacob Bradley and Abigail Louise; her brothers, Gordon Chris Cook (Julie) and Glen Terry Cook, Sr.; her nieces, Jennifer Sterling, Jessica Cook and Rachel Sanbower; and her nephew Glen Terry Cook, Jr.. She is also survived by friendship with many of her coworkers.
