She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Otto Lowe, Sr.; and her brother Jody (Kathy Lake). She is survived by: her sons, Richard Otto Lowe Jr. and Doulas Gordon Lowe (Christine Marie Lowe). She is also survived by family, enveloping the neighborhood children, who saw her as a second mother.
