He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian C. and Mary A. Jakubowski (Cosmic); and his siblings, Wanda, Stanley, Lucian, Richard, Carl, Kathleen, Victoria Lila and Victoria Louise.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Jakubowski McFadden (Robert) of New Market, MD and Michele Lynn Jakubowski of Albuquerque, NM; his grandson Kevin Victor Jakubowski of Newport; and his siblings, John, Felix, Edward, Martin, Veronica, Edwina and Janina. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
