She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Calvin Cook and Virginia Cook. She is survived by: her brother Calvin Cook; her half-sister Wanda Scaletta; her niece Megan Baugher; and her friends, Christina Copeland (Greg), Linda Studebaker, Laurie Biser Wolfe (Rich) and Barbara Linton Fellers. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and co-workers.
