He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter Morgan (Hendrickson); his children, T. Carter Morgan and Virginia Arey (James); his grandsons, TJ Arey and Luke Arey; and his siblings, Arthur Morgan (Ann), Wayne Morgan and Pamela Morris (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tim's name to All Saints' Episcopal Church or The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
