It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tess M. Heavner of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Clifton Heavner and Betty Louise Heavner (Wachter). She is survived by: her long time guardian Carol A. Norris; her brothers, Harold D. Heavner (Angie) of Tennessee and Robert C. Heavner of Frederick; and her stepsister Dawn Hawes of Thurmont.
