She is survived by: her husband John Golombieski; her children, Deborah Brunner (Brian) and John Golombieski III (Diana); her grandchildren, Nicholas Brunner (Briana), Tyler Brunner, Casey Golombieski and Jarod Golombieski; and her great grandchild Luke Brunner.
