Parker Sr. and LaVerne Mallory Parker of Frederick, MD.; his wife Lorna -Parker of Washington; his daughter Darselle Monique Parker; his stepsons, Jonathan Jones and Terence of Washington; his brothers, Kenneth W. Parker Jr. (LeWyann) and Bryan A. Parker; his aunt Francis Coleman (Jimmy); and his close friends, Timothy Brown, Dwayne Jenkins (Dee), Robert Naylor Jr., William Brown and Jerry Sewell.
