It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Virginia Moxley of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Rippeon and Ernestine Rippeon; her husband Robert "Bob" Moxley; her sisters, Peggy Brandenburg and Brenda Seal; her brother-in-law Ira Brandenburg; her nieces, Sharon White and Belinda Seal; and her nephew Jeremy Magers.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Giesler Main; her son-in-law John; her granddaughter Rachel Main; her stepchildren, Gina Orr, Tania Watkins and AJ Moxley; her sister Connie Magers (Bill); her brother-in-law Jerry Seal; and her friends, Gloria McFadyen, Andy, Jill Main, Michael and Cindy Brandenburg.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Urbana Volunteer Fire and Rescue, Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church or Ijamsville United Methodist Church.
