She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret "Peg" O'Hara. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Proulx; her father Lawrence "Larry" O'Hara; her children, Daniel Nelson Proulx, Lawrence Colman Proulx and Clara Margaret Proulx; her siblings, Mary Haley (Patrick) and Lawrence "Larry" O'Hara (Heidi); and her nieces and nephews, Michael of Frederick, Rose of Frederick, Ellen of Frederick, Sadie of Frederick, Lily of Frederick, Lucy of Frederick, Jimmy and Katia of Quebec, Canada..
In lieu of flowers, a savings account has been created for the future support of the Proulx children.
