It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby L. Harrison (Frederick, Maryland), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hughes and Mary Linder; and her siblings, David Curtis Hughes, Marion Hughes and Dorothy Ann Hughes.
She is survived by: her brothers, Lonnie (Delores) and Herbert; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle (Rick), Cynthia, April, Desirea, Lonica (Anthony), Shareta, Tony (Renee), Kevin, Donald (Ursala), Andre, Barry (Tanya), Eric (Shaunda) and David.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rollins Life Celebration Center (330 Catoctin Ave, Frederick, MD 21701).
