It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Elwood Cline Jr. of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elwood Cline and Alta Georgetta Cline (Null); and his wife Mildred Louise Michael Cline. He is survived by: his nieces, Carole Ann Zimmerman and Barbara DeRocher; his sister-in-law Ida Boyd; his friends, Janet and Keith Betts; and his caregivers, Nellie Miller, Lloyd Lambert, Allison and April.
