With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Hines (Frederick, Maryland), born in Woodsboro, Maryland, who passed away on July 12, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Bowers. She is survived by: her parent Kathleen Bowers (Grimes); her spouse Thomas Hines, Sr.; her child Thomas Hines, Jr.; her wife Deborah; her sisters, Linda of Isabelle and Vicky; and also, Kimberly Sue Gray (Kelly), Karen Lynn Hines and Crystal Gale Perkins (David). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to Parkway Community Church.
