He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Edward Troupe; his wife Edith M. Troupe (Winpigler); and his sisters, Jane Fagan, Doris Troupe and Betty Wise.
He is survived by: his parent Ada Troupe (Beard); his children, Jeffery E. Troupe (Terry), Teresa D. Segal (Ira), Belinda K. Hill (Terry), Brian D. Troupe and Dale W. Troupe (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Shasta Troupe, Lexa Troupe, Sarah Hill Brady (Rich), Amy Hill, Emily Hill Main (Joe), Rita Troupe Mullis (Matt) and John Troupe (Elaine); his great grandchildren, Dylan Troupe-Augustine, Raelyn Long and Sonny Troupe; and his sister Faye Burtner of Braddock Heights.
