He is survived by: his children, Richard Scott Buss, Michele Kain and Maria Clara Guillen (Marco); his brother Frederick Buss (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Allison Buss, Declan, Liam, Connor Kain, Isabella Castaneda, Martin and Antonio Guillen.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Going Home Cremation and Funeral Care (519 Mabe Dr, Woodbine, MD 21797).
A lifelong lover of dogs, Richard owned dogs his entire life and made financial contributions to the SPCA as well as other charitable causes.
