He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard William and Hope Wandee Burrill (Reid). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fulmer Burrill; his siblings, Dave Burrill (Elsie), Doug Burrill, Ron Burrill (Michele), Jeff Burrill, Debbie Burrill and Howie Burrill; his children, Brandy Rowe (Allen), Tommy Burrill and Dustin Burrill (Robin); and his stepdaughters, Misty DeMarco (Danny) and Melissa Rippeon. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Graceham Moravian Church (8231 Rocky Ridge Rd, Thurmont, MD 21788). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
