It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard D. Hall Jr. (Frederick, Maryland), who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Hall, Sr., Melvin Lyles, James Branison and David Brown.

He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer D. Hall-Jefferson (Andre) of Frederick, MD and Richard D. Hall, Sr. (Judith) of Bowie, MD; his son Kaiden Xavier Hall of Frederick, MD; his sister Kerron Moore (Tony Jr.); his niece Nadia Moore; his nephew Braylon Moore of Randallstown, MD; his aunts and uncles, Jonneita Hall, Marlynn Hall, Vanessa Watts Burley, Sonya Lyles, Donna Lyles, Kirk Hall (Delores) of Frederick, MD, Larry Miller, Sr. of Frederick, MD and Duwayne Miller of Frederick, MD; his grandparents, Elsie Miller of Frederick, MD and William C. Perkins of Hercules, CA; his cousins, Tara Anderson and Tarnell Miller; and his close friends, Brandon Fossett, Marquise Carpenter, Teddy Smallwood, Brittany Stouffer, Courtney Gates, Davaun Ambush and Liz Bunton. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
