She is survived by: her spouse Jeffrey King; her parents, Allen Mertig and Nancy Mertig (Hall); her children, Joseph McElroy, Mike King, Sean O'Neil and Chloe; her siblings, Kathy Doyle, Tom Mertig and Dan Mertig; her parent-in-law James; her grandchildren, Ryleigh, Gabriel and Aaleyah; her nieces and nephews, Samantha, Cece, Lexi, Michael, John and Matt; and her great-niece Everly.
