She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lukachovsky and Katherine Lukachovsky; and her siblings, Julia, Anna, Katherine, Teresa, John, Samuel, Alex, William, Andrew and George.
She is survived by: her husband Henry; her sister Dorothy; and her children, Peter (Joan), Patricia Foote (Scott) and Michael (Cheryl). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
